Thiruvnanthapuram:  A priceless treasure in Kerala's Sree Padmanabha Swamy temple should not be moved out of the shrine. That is what a group of astrologers have concluded after conducting a four-day ritual called' Devaprashnam to find out the "will of the deity."

The ritual reportedly found that taking the treasure - located inside the vault of the temple - out of the temple complex would affect the sanctity of the shrine. It also cautioned against opening the yet to be examined vault called 'Vault B', as it is located below the sanctum sanctorum.

Padmanabha Sharma, astrologer, who participated in  the Devaprashnam  said:
"Opening the secret vault will weaken the sanctum sanctorum and will invite the deity's anger." The ritual also pointed out that the treasure faces threat of theft and needs more security.

I thought of writing a summery for those who don't understand the rituals of south Indian Hindu temples, later I felt not to write. if in case u have any doubts, plz feel free to ask. Those who have more indepth knowledge about these things, I would request them to come forward and share the knowledge with us via comments.

Mujhko meri baat ka jawab de jaana, mehgay ehsaaso ka hisaab de jaana... Jiski patti-patti kurbaan ho gayi, mujhko woh he sisakta gulab de jaana... khusbooyein laut aayeigi o-maali, jaddon (root) mein paani daal lena agar... Kahi nahi shaan-o-shaukatein jaati, mohobatt jata le agar. Kahi nahi tera rutba kamm hoga, agar hass ke bula le agar. Zindagi ke maiena sakaar ho jayega, jab dil kisi par nisaar hoga... Abhi toh kahaniyo ki tarha lagta hai, sach lagne lageyga jab yeh piyar hoga... Kare agar mehar...

Finally, a short, thin man, well past middle age, approached the farmer. "Are u a good farm hand?" the farmer asked him. "Well, I can sleep when the wind blows," answered the little man. Although puzzled by this answer, the farmer, desperate for help, Hired him. The little man worked well around the farm, busy from dawn to dusk, and the farmer felt satisfied with the man's work.
