15/11/2011 WWF Russia seeks foster parents for 500 polar bears Under a new initiative by WWF Russia, individuals and companies can become a foster parent of a polar bear for a one-time contribution of 30,000 rubles (about $1,000). Source: http://green.in.msn.com/greennews/article.aspx?cp-documentid=5591879   The money will be spent on conservation, protection and research of wild polar bears in the Russian Arctic, home to about 5,000-6,000 white bears or about a quarter of the worldwide polar bear population. Foster parents will receive a certificate and a polar bear statuette. The campaign will begin Nov 24. WWF Russia estimates that about 500 polar bears will get "foster parents" by the end of 2012.   Let me share the reason of it…   As I started for office In the mrng (7:25am) it was lonely (as usual) on the road. I had gone just 6-7Kms away from my home when I saw a kind of small traffic jam, cars were turning towards left side to avoid something in the middle of the road….   When I reached at that point… I was horrified to see that those two bikers who had overtaken me few minutes back are on the road…. Crushed…. Maybe …. Dead!!!!....  on the spot…. I wondered what might have happened to them, but whatever had happened with them…. Visible scene makes it sure that some bigger vehicle ran-over them…. Pieces of flesh and….. Shhh…   Due to traffic behind me I was not able to stop and see, but since morning I’m disturbed about the scene, they overtook my bike few minutes back only… 7:35am…. Lonely roads… small amount of mist… let’s say fog… cool temperature…. Don’t know from where they were coming and going to which place… but all of a sudden their destination was changed

Dear Friends, Yesterday itself I saw Dominos AD (advertisement) on TV, it was a beautiful AD in which they showed that a young couple had gone to see (in progress) construction of their flat. Very sweetly they imagined how they might be entering their own home, wife sits on bricks as-if she’s sitting on the dining table and husband lights a candle. Then comes a Domino’s delivery boy (to that construction site) to deliver their Pizza order. The AD was beautifully written/shot but the worst part is behind the curtain… “ DOMINOS DOES NOT DELIVER TO SUCH NEW CONSTRUCTION SITES IN RAJ NAGAR EXTENSION, GHAZIABAD ” and I strongly doubt about other construction sites also…. This was a rainy day in July 2010 when we’ve shifted our own home in Raj Nagar Extension, Ghaziabad. Those who bought their 1 st own house may understand that most probably we’ll not find good shopping places in such area. Where we moved did not have any such shops. Another 4.3-magnitude earthquake hits Northeast Press Trust of India , Updated: September 19, 2011 13:47 IST Shillong:  An earthquake measuring 4.3 on the Richter Scale shook parts of Meghalaya today, the seismic observatory here said. The mild intensity quake was recorded at 12.52 am and its epicenter was located along the Meghalaya-Bangladesh border, officials at the observatory said. There have been no reports of any damage or injury. A 6.8-magnitude tremor, epic entered on the Sikkim-Nepal border, was felt across north and east India last evening. It was followed by two aftershocks measuring 6.1 and 5.3 on the Richter scale. Last evening's tremor was the biggest quake felt in the Northeast since 1988.
